US back antidumping duties of up to 159% on small diameter electrodes from China

The US Trade Commission (USTC) has voted unanimously 6-0 to back the imposition of antidumping duties against producers of small diameter graphite electrodes from China. An antidumping order will be issued with duties ranging up to 159% to be imposed on imports of all small diameter graphite electrodes from China.
