Canada Fluorspar Inc. plans to start up its proposed fluorspar project in Newfoundland, Canada, by the end of 2011 after an expected rebound in the market.
The company recently completed a $2m. financing of the project, which is located on the southern Burin Peninsula near St Lawrence.
