Canada-based Rodinia Minerals Inc. has continued its lithium exploration expansion in Argentina through the acquisition of three brine projects from Rio Tinto PLC subsidiary, Borax Argentina SA.

Rodinia has agreed to pay about $2.9m. for the three projects by 30 November through a series of instalments.

The projects are all located in Salta province, north-west Argentina, in the salars (salt plains) of Diablillos, Centenario and Ratones.
