US paint retailer Haley Paint Co., has alleged that five titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigment producers have conspired to fix prices in a federal antitrust class action in Baltimore, USA, according to a report on US website, Court House News Service.
The four US companies include DuPont, Huntsman International LLC, Kronos Worldwide Inc. and Millennium Inorganic Chemicals, all in the USA and the National Titanium Dioxide Company Ltd (Cristal), based in Saudi Arabia.
