Major titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigment producers, Cristal Global, Tronox Inc., DuPont and Huntsman Corp., are all looking for price increases in various regions, coming into effect on 1 April, or as contracts permit.
Cristal is increasing price levels in many regions. For Tiona and Cristal products in the USA and Canada, prices are up by $0.05/lb, in Europe, they are up by €100/tonne, and in the Middle East and Australia, prices will lift by $100/tonne.
