The board of Almatis GmbH has nominated Taco Gerbranda as its new chief executive officer, who is expected to take up his new role during May 2011.
Gerbranda succeeds Remco de Jong who, according to a statement from Almatis, has decided to step down from his position following the successful completion of the financial restructuring of the company.
