Canadian lithium developer Nemaska Exploration is preparing for pilot plant testing at its Whabouchi lithium project in Quebec, having blasted a 50-tonne bulk sample from the ore body.Nemaska is preparing a bulk sample to feed a pilot plant at SGS Lakefield facilities in Toronto, with the aim of producing spodumene concentrate, lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide samples for global marketing.“This is a major step towards completing a full feasibility study and discussing offtake agreements with potential clients,” said the group’s CEO Guy Bourassa.Bourassa said Nemaska was on track to have...
