Western Australia’s Navigator Resources will list its Cummins Range rare earth asset in eastern Kimberley as a separate vehicle next week called ‘Kimberley Rare Earths’.
The move follows from the company’s over-subscribed public listing, in which it raised $20m.
"The float was absolutely swamped - we had originally planned to raise $14m. and we stopped marketing when it went to $20m.," non-executive chairman Allan Trench told local reporters.
