Canadian exploration company Vulcan Minerals will spin-out some of its mineral exploration assets into a separate publicly traded company to explore a potash deposit.
Vulcan has the mineral rights to the Captain Cook potash deposit, which consists of a 5 meter gross interval grading up to 20.4% K2O, is located in the Bay St. George basin of western Newfoundland, Canada.
