International Lithium Corp. (ILC) has completed its $3m. listing on Canada’s TSX Venture Exchange after a spinoff from former parent company TNR Gold Corp.
TNR Gold has retained a 29% share in the ILC, while Chinese lithium chemical group Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium has taken a 10% strategic stake.
