Canada’s Erin Ventures said it will be starting a drilling programme in “a couple of weeks” on its Piskanja boron project in Serbia – 15 years after it first acquired the mine.
Erin was the first international company to invest in Serbia following the tumultuous civil war, which took place in the 1990s and saw a division of Yugoslavia into six member states.
