Varun Industries Ltd has reported the discovery of a large resource of heavy minerals in Madagascar hosting ilmenite, leucoxene, rutile, zircon, garnet, monazite, and spinel.
The discovery comprises ten mining blocks covering an area of 62.5km2 at Belay and Anosy in Madagascar.
