MOFCOM sets export quotas for bauxite, brucite magnesia, silicon carbide and talc

China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has announced the export quota volumes of certain industrial minerals for the second half of 2011 and companies started to bid for their quotas and licences today.
