Galaxy Resources’ lithium carbonate plant being built in Jiangsu, China, has been hit by a five-month delay due to labour shortages, the Australia-based company announced.
The 17,000 tpa plant, which was scheduled to start up in the second quarter of 2011, is now expected to complete commissioning in the fourth quarter.
