India’s Magus Marketing Private Ltd, which focuses on refractory raw materials for the Indian market, acts as agents for leading manufacturers and suppliers from all over the world.
Magus Marketing, established in 1983, started its business with selling domestic brown fused alumina to Indian refractory companies.
The company now trades a wide range of refractory minerals sourced from several European countries, in addition to China, South Africa, and the USA. In addition, the company has recently started a small business in Thailand. It has also exported India chrome concentrate to China from some years.
Magus is a joint-venture partner in a magnesia-carbon brick plant in Bayuquan, Liaoning Province, China, with TRL Krosaki Ltd; and with Kyanite Mining Corp., USA, for a proposed mining and beneficiation venture in India for kyanite.
