Prices for Indian phosphoric acid have crossed the $1,000/tonne threshold to reach $1,050/tonne for Q3 2011, according to Indian consulting company Equitorials.

 

Indian prices of phosphoric acid – a key ingredient made from phosphate rock to manufacture fertilisers – have increased by $70 or 7% in Q3 2011 from $980/tonne in Q2 2011, Equitorials’ managing partner Sageraj Bariya told IM.
