Israel Chemicals Ltd (ICL) has acquired speciality phosphate-based chemicals producer Halox through its subsidiary ICL Performance Products LP (ICL-PP), Halox announced.
Halox, an Indiana-based division of US-based Hammond Group Inc., produces speciality phosphate-based, corrosion inhibitor products for the paints and coatings industry.
