Fluormin Plc, formerly named Maghreb Minerals, has repositioned itself as an Africa-focused fluorspar producer and trader, the company said in its full year results.
The AIM-listed group has acquired a 63% stake in Sallies, which this year restarted its Witkop fluorspar mine in South Africa’s North West province.
At the same time, the company has taken a 20% interest in Kenya Fluorspar Co. and disposed of its base metal exploration properties in Tunisia.
