Velta LLC is preparing to start up its Birzulivske ilmenite mine and processing plant in Ukraine in December before immediately working on a capacity expansion.
The Birzulivske project, located near Korobchino in Kirovograd oblast, will come on stream with a capacity of 185,000 tpa ilmenite.
