Montero Mining and Exploration has completed a NI 43-101 resource estimate at its Wigu Hill rare earths project in Tanzania, the Canada-based group said.
Montero said that the project’s Tembo and Twiga deposits contain an inferred mineral resource of 3.3m. tonnes at 2.6% light rare earth oxides, with a higher-grade portion of 510,000 tonnes at 4.4%.
