Vale SA is moving ahead in its strategy to fully acquire its fertiliser subsidiary Vale Fertilizantes SA, the Brazilian mining giant declared.
Vale explained that it filed, through its subsidiary Mineração Naque SA, the prospect of a public offer to acquire up to 100% of the free float shares of its subsidiary Vale Fertilizantes, “in order to subsequently cancel its registration as a publicly listed company”....
