Perth-based Talison Lithium and Sojitz Corp. have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to discuss on a non-exclusive off-take deal in Japan for lithium carbonate produced by Talison.
The MOU provides a framework for Talison and Sojitz to discuss collaboration opportunities on a non-binding basis and is valid for an initial period of 12 months, Talison said.
