Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has dismissed the case on Uralkali over potash pricing, the Russian potash producer announced today.
Uralkali was told yesterday that the FAS dismissed the case against Uralkali “for absence of infringement of the antimonopoly legislation”.
