Potash producer Uralkali has increased prices for its potash sold to Russian consumers for the first quarter of 2012 by up to 34%, starting this week.
The Russia-based company boosted its prices on 1 January to 9,318 roubles/tonne ($292.2/tonne) without discount for Russian complex fertiliser nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium (NPK) producers, up from Rb 6,970/tonne ($218.5/tonne) during Q4 2011.
