China Shen Zhou Mining & Resources Inc. has acquired 60% of Wuchuan Dongsheng Mining Co. Ltd under an agreement through its subsidiary Xiangzhen Mining Ltd and Wuchuan’s shareholders.
Wuchuan – based in Zunyi city, Guizhou province – operates fluorspar and barytes mines throughout the province, including the Shuanghe, Baichun, and Luping fluorspar mines, in addition to the Fengshui Qingshuzi and Shibuya fluorspar and barytes mines.
