France-based Roullier Group has acquired Possehl Erzkontor GmbH’s 50% stake in Van Mannekus & Co. BV, the Dutch magnesia processor and distributor.
Van Mannekus,headquartered in Schiedam, Rotterdam district, is now jointly owned by Roullier and Grecian Magnesite SA, a magnesia producer based in Greece.
