Targray Technology International Inc. is to supply specific silicon carbide (SiC) grades produced by Washington Mills AS, Norway, to the Asian photovoltaic (PV) market under an exclusive agreement.
Targray Technology is to distribute Washington Mills’ Carborex SiC grade to Taiwan which will be used in wire sawing silicon metal wafers – a growing market for SiC (see IM April 2012: The cut & thrust of SiC).
