Fores is to create a new division at Natchez called Fores Frac Sand LLC.
Fores’ Natchez operations will also encompass another new company, Fores Resin Coat LLC, which will add a resin coat to some of the frac sand produced to strengthen, harden, and enhance the performance of the frac sand.
