Black Sea Metals Inc. said it intends to build a rare earths processing plant in the Black Sea region near a proximal source of rare earths feedstock.
The company’s new management team has been able to secure access to rare earths processing technology and relevant industrial intelligence by agreeing to enter into a joint venture with a group of engineers who have already successfully produced rare earths on an industrial scale, Black Sea Metals said.
