US-based PPG Industries Inc. will supply chloride-route titanium dioxide (TiO2) production technology to Chinese company Henan Billions Chemicals Co. Ltd, making it the second chloride-route producer in China.
The US-based paint producer has also signed a long-term purchase agreement with Henan Billions to purchase the titanium dioxide.
