Murdock has over 25 years of related experience with Lafarge Cement, United Industrial Services Ltd and Canfrac Sands Ltd. Since 2011 he has managed his own firm, IM&M Consulting, where he was involved in building sand plants for third parties. Victory Nickel first worked with Murdock when he was hired by Wardrop Engineering (a Tetratech company) to prepare the frac sand portion of the Minago feasibility study that was completed in December 2009.
