Canada-headquartered Empire Mining Corp. has won back the mining rights for its Bulqiza chromite project in Albania following an unsuccessful appeal from the Albanian Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Energy.
Empire won the initial case against the Ministry but the mining licences were not returned until the conclusion of this appeal.
