Finnish gold and ilmenite explorer Endomines AB has divested its only ilmenite deposit to Cove Resources Ltd for €7m ($8.67m).
The deposit will be transferred upon Cove’s completion of its own feasibility study on the deposit which will be completed by April 2013.
