Alkane signs MoU with Shin-Etsu for rare earth concentrates

Australian Zirconia Ltd (AZL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Alkane Resources Ltd announced yesterday that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Japan’s Shin-Etsu Chemical Co. Ltd.

Under the agreement, Shin-Etsu is to manufacture separated rare earths from Alkane’s Dubbo Zirconia project (DZP).
