Indias Archean Group of Companies is looking at acquiring state-owned Siarkopol SA in Poland, IM was told.
As a result of the Polish governments general move to privatise its most important state-owned companies, the Ministry of Treasury decided to sell an 85%-stake of its 100%-owned Kopalnie i Zakłady Chemiczne Siarki (KIZCHS) Siarkopol SA.
