The World Trade Organization (WTO) today established a dispute panel to examine China’s export restrictions on rare earth minerals.
The panel, which was established at the joint request of Japan, the US and the EU, will ascertain whether China’s export duties and quantitative restrictions over its exports, are consistent with WTO rules.
