The industrial minerals market experienced a bearish week as more companies and industry sources reported prices falling across the board.
Prices for natural graphite continued to decline in Europe and North America, although Indian prices appear to have stabilised, market sources told IM.
“Natural flake graphite demand has slowed down, with the biggest brake coming from the Chinese refractory industry,” a North American source said.
