DEFINITIONS
"Access" means access to indmin.com whether for reading information or
posting new information thereon

in order for that subscriber to access Indmin.com or any area within Indmin.com
"Software" means the programs that can be used with a particular computer

under the laws of England and Wales whose registered office is at Park House, 3
Park Terrace, Worcester Park, Surrey, KT4 7HY, England
"Subscriber" means any legal person who has paid a current subscription
to the company
"Subscription" means an annual fee of such amount as stipulated by the
Company, payable on such terms as prescribed by the Company, which permits the Subscriber
access to indmin.com
"Post" means add to the information with a view to that addition
being accessible to subscribers
THE LICENCE
"Single User" Licence. This licence is intended for the use of an individual
within a company. The right to access indmin.com is granted to one specific individual,
since if more than one individual within a company wishes to access indmin.com,
a multi-user licence as detailed below must be purchased. Failure to obtain a proper
licence will be prosecuted.
Multi-licence types available are
"Additional user" - Means the named member of staff can access the data
service with the code supplied at any other Core subscriber location
"Global Multi Access" - Any member of staff within any wholly owned portion
of a single company in any site in any location may access Indmin.com via the use
of a code supplied to that company
Disclosure of codes is prohibited outside the environs of the licensee and may lead
to prosecution. Any code given to a subscriber is for the use of that subscriber
only and shall be kept confidential. Any unauthorised supply or publication of a
password to a third party shall be considered a breach of these terms and conditions
and MMM reserve the right to take appropriate action consequent upon such a breach.
MMM reserves the right to change codes/passwords to Indmin.com at any time, giving
reasonable notice to the subscriber.
In consideration of your subscription MMM
Grants you a licence to use the software for the purpose of accessing indmin.com;
and permits you access to indmin.com using the software (and such password as the
company from time to time provides) for the purposes of reading the information.
Software
You may use the software as licensee for so long as you are a subscriber and solely
for the purpose provided in these terms and conditions. You may not add to or alter
the software in any way.
Information Provided by Third Parties
While the company will monitor indmin.com regularly it will not be possible for
MMM to check each piece of information. Unless therefore information is clearly
identified as originating from MMM, MMM can accept no responsibility for any information
including, without limit, responsibility for it's accuracy, the quality and fitness
for the purpose of any goods therein described and for copyright compliance.
If you intend to rely on any information (in circumstances where you may suffer
financial loss in the event of that information proving inadequate or incorrect)
you do so at your own risk. You are STRONGLY ADVISED to obtain confirmation of the
accuracy of the information in question before relying on it.
Access to indmin.com
MMM reserves the right to restrict and to prevent entirely any subscribers access
to Indmin.com if in the company's opinion that subscriber is making inappropriate
use of Indmin.com. Such misuse might include (but is not limited to ) "junk
mailing".
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to coordinate the ongoing sequence of interactions between
your Web browser and our Web server for the duration of a session. A cookie will
be transferred to your PC when you enter in your access codes. If you wish you could
disable cookies with in your browser and it will not accept our cookie. This will
mean that you will be asked for access codes every time you enter a restricted area
of the site. Our cookies record the following information only user id and session
id.
Your Indemnity to MMM
You agree to indemnify MMM against all liabilities, costs, claims and expenses which
the company may suffer in consequence of any breach of this agreement; any use you
make of Indmin.com including, without limit, your placing any information on indmin.com,
or any message transmitted by you on indmin.com.
MMM's Liability Limit
You acknowledge that in establishing Indmin.com the company is under no obligation
to maintain the same and gives no warranties either that Indmin.com will remain
uninterrupted and error free or in relation to the information.
You further acknowledge that Indmin.com is intended to operate along mutual lines
for the collective benefit of all involved in the industry and that therefore in
the event of your being dissatisfied with Indmin.com in any way and for any reason
your remedy against the company is limited to ceasing to subscribe to Indmin.com
(which you may do at any time on notice to the company) AND that you have no right
to a refund either in whole or in part , of any subscription , save at the company's
discretion.
MMM is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of external internet
sites that link to this site or to sites which can be accessed from this site. MMM
is not responsible for the accuracy and/or completeness and/or availability of prices
quoted and/or the quality of any goods or items bought by you from sites that link
to this site or to sites which can be accessed from this site. If you make a purchase
from a site that links to this site or can be accessed from this site your agreement
or arrangement will be with the seller of such item and not MMM. Any agreements
or arrangements made between you and any third party named on this site are at your
sole risk and responsibility.

Waiver
Failure to enforce or forbearance in enforcing these terms and conditions by MMM
shall not constitute a waiver either of the company's rights or the subscriber's
obligations and / or liabilities hereunder.
Laws
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts thereof.
