SOKA to divest AGS stake

French kaolin producer Societe Kaoliniere Armoricaine (SOKA) has announced the imminent divestment of its 47.5% stake in AGS Mineraux, the calcined clays, kaolin and chamotte producer based in Clerac, Bordeaux.
