Rhône Capital makes $858m.(£412m.) after selling world’s foremost speciality alumina company to Dubai International Capital

In a deal thought to be worth eight times its operating profitability, Frankfurt based Almatis GmbH has been sold to investment company, Dubai International Capital LLC (DIC)., for $1,200m. (£576m.).
