Up to 50% of refractories producers around Beijing may remain closed after Olympics owing to government environmental regulations

Certain Chinese refractory producers, which have been ordered to close owing to pollution restrictions in the run up to the Olympic Games, may never reopen because they do not meet environmental regulations.
