Japan’s Shinagawa Refractories and JFE Refractories expect to merge in October

Japan’s Shinagawa Refractories Co. Ltd (SRC) and JFE Refractories Corp. (JFER), a subsidiary of JFE Steel Group, announced their merger is expected to be executed on 1 October 2009.
