One of world’s few natural magnesium hydroxide mineral operations to be sold

Word has reached IM that the brucite operations of Applied Chemical Magnesias Corp.(ACM) are for sale as the company recovers from bankruptcy.

The Marble Canyon, Texas brucitic marble deposit is one of the few commercially developed brucite (magnesium hydroxide) resources outside China. Others include Gabbs, Nevada (Premier Chemicals LLC)...
