Lithium carbonate newcomer eyes Q4 2010 start-up as Bolivia may shun j-vs

Australian spodumene sourced lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) developer, Galaxy Resources Ltd, has told IM it expects a Q4 2010 start-up of its operations in Australia and China.

The news comes as Bolivia expresses its desire to develop the world’s largest lithium (Li) resource, the Salar de Uyuni, without foreign partnerships....
