Saudi-owned miner in $25m. deal for new 140,000 tpa magnesite processing plant

State-controlled Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Ma’aden) has signed an agreement with Saudi engineering firm Olayan Descon to build a 140,000 tpa magnesite ore processing facility, which will be constructed at a cost of 95m. riyals (around $25.3 m.).
