The world’s largest paints group says recovery in demand remains fragile

Akzo Nobel NV, the world’s largest producer of paints and coatings, said a recovery in its markets remained fragile as it reported lower sales for Q3 2009.

 

Revenue dropped 10% against the same period last year to €3,639m. ($5,412m.), although net profit improved to €219m. from €169m....
