Indian steelmaker expected to partner Vale to build a $5,000m. steel mill in Brazil

India’s ArcelorMittal SA plans to invest $5,000m. to build a new steel mill in Brazil, according to Brazilian business daily newspaper Valor, quoting chief executive officer Lakshmi Mittal after a meeting in London with Brazil’s president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
