Cementos Pacasmayo to invest $350m. in phosphate mine & port near Vale’s deposit

Peru’s second largest cement company, Cementos Pacasmayo, has revealed to IM that it plans to invest at least $300m. to develop a phosphate mine and processing plant near Vale SA’s Bayóvar deposit in the region of Piura, northern Peru.
