Prices are expected to increase from January on constrained Chinese supply

Despite the confused situation surrounding next year’s export licences, it is becoming clear that dead burned magnesia prices will be moving upwards in January 2010.

 

Dead burned magnesia grades are expected to lift by $15-30/tonne, FOB China, especially for the higher grades, 94/95% MgO and 97.5% MgO...
