Greenland Minerals and Energy eyes 2015 start up for $2,310m. rare earth project

Greenland Minerals and Energy Ltd (GMEL) expects to start production at its Kvanefjeld rare earths project in south-west Greenland by 2015 with an annual production equivalent to 43,729 tpa rare earth oxide (REO).
